Herbals are not considered to be tea, and are instead named tisanes. These are infusions that are made from fruits and herbs, instead of the tea plant. There are numerous types of tisanes. Below are some of the more popular ones.

Chamomile is made from the flower’s blossoms and is often used for relaxing muscles, relieving stomach cramps and alleviating stress.
